Logged and geotagged all of Lansing, MI’s critical infrastructure including sirens, police and fire stations, etc. allowing all Lansing assets to be quickly located in case of an emergency.
Analyzed elevation models of Lansing producing an accurate representation of 100-year floodplain.
Analyzed buffers on emergency sirens’ audible radii to suggest additional zones resulting in 99% city coverage.
Performed buffer analysis on forest boundaries which provided measurements for safe distance from forest fires.
